Easy Delivery is an android app to manage delivery management network for self employed people. The network is managed by www.banglaneed.com. You can add yourself as consumer or delivery agent. All steps for a delivery like order place, quotation, confirmation, pickup, drop, delivery confirmation, billing, accounts etc will be managed by the app. Currently beta version is running; but the app will developed day by day for more facilities.
Easy Delivery has following types of users with different activities as follows:
Admin: The panel user; who will manage the whole network.
Supervisor: The panel of user; who will communicate to consumer & delivery agent.
Consumer: The service receiver; who will be able to post for delivery request.
Delivery Agent: The service provider; who will pick & drop the products.
Download and the Setup Process
Anyone can download and setup the app. Successful setup of the app will ask user for “New User Registration”. After completion of registration; user will get an email for the next step. An Admin or Supervisor will communicate to the user for some further information and will verify the user as Consumer or Delivery Agent (depends on users need).
Place an Order
Consumer can place an order before 7 days of the pickup day. After successful placement of an order; the order will be displayed to the app dashboard with the status of “Posted”.
Admin or Supervisor will contact to the delivery agent for the specific order to finalize. After that; the order will be displayed to the app dashboard with the status of “Quoted”; including the approximately charge; or Admin/Supervisor can set the order as “Canceled”; due to shorts of delivery agent or any other issues.
When the consumer will get the notification of quotation for an order; consumer will confirm it within next 12 hours. After that; the order will be displayed to the app dashboard (consumer & delivery agent) with the status of “Confirmed”; or consumer can set the order as “Canceled”.
Ready > Pickup > Delivery > Complete
When the product will be ready then consumer will make its order status as “Ready”.
Delivery agent will be allowed to pick up the product and make its order status as “Picked Up”.
After completion of delivery; delivery agent will be allowed to make its order status as “Delivered”.
Admin or Supervisor will calculate the final bill and will change the order status as “Completed”.
All Completed & Canceled order will be displayed to the Order History. Rest of the orders will be displayed to the app Dashboard.
